With a deserved reputation for honesty, thoroughness, a tireless work ethic, transparency, and excellence, Tina is your ally from your first meeting through to the closing paperwork. The process of buying or selling real estate is multi-faceted, and is best tailored to the individual client’s needs. Representing buyers, Tina is sensitive to the reality that this search stands for nothing less than the gateway to their future, which can be nerve-wracking. Partnering with sellers, Tina’s responsibility is to offer the strategic guidance necessary to enable a quick and optimal transition. In both contexts, Tina is cognizant of her role as professional counsel as well as, as needed, personal support.
Tina has been working in real estate for over 15 years and is committed to staying at the leading edge of her industry, in affiliation with Compass, a forward-looking approach that embraces technology and a client-centric vision. Tina is a native of Southlake, Texas, and has elected to make her home in Fort Lauderdale, continuing to be nothing but optimistic about life and the prospects of the real estate market in South Florida.
Having committed her professional life to a field that is certainly never dull and always personally rewarding, To unwind, Tina enjoys pilates and spending time on Florida’s beautiful natural waterways. And, of course, time spent with children is always a priority.
