Oceanfront Restaurants and Recreation in Beautiful Pompano Beach

For beginner divers, visit Shipwreck Park’s S.S. Copenhagen, a 325-foot steamer that sank in 1900 on the way to Cuba from Philadelphia. While more experienced divers can take a deep dive down to a tanker named Lady Luck.

If you’re looking to venture out, Pompano conveniently sits halfway between Miami and West Palm Beach meaning your options are endless.

Only 20 minutes away from Las Olas Boulevard, galleries, boutiques, restaurants and sidewalk cafés are at your fingertips. Nearby to the North is the city of Boca Raton, known for its upscale shops, art museums and jazz clubs.

Closer to home, Pompano has two 18-hole public golf courses that are located less than a mile from the coast.
